Pinot can be quite a shy grape, but this one has bags of vibrant cherry and mulberry, and even a little almond. The palate is juicy and bright, with hints of cherry yoghurt. This would be a great match with duck breast, or smoked meats, as well as going beautifully with white-fleshed fish.
