We think he is consistently one of the leaders of the new Muscadet revolution that is bringing a new focus to the region. His ‘Chemin des Priéres cuvée is a delicious addition to our range.
Tasting Notes
This is a premium Muscadet with mouthwatering freshness. With layers of intense citrus fruit, green apple and a considerable saline mineral lick. The palate is as tight as a fishing line.
It would be a great choice with sole meunière, or any seafood dish that calls for lemon - but we also love it with a goat’s cheese salad.
