Description
Domaine les Caizergues is tucked in at the foot of the Cevennes mountains in the Terrasses du Larzac appellation, in a area that used to be famous for its silk-weaving.
Wine has been made here since the 11th century, and the region is beginning to get a name for itself, with several famous neighbours.

Tasting Notes
An enticing blend of ripe blackberry flavours, myrtle, juniper, tobacco and garrique herbs, this is a wonderfully rich and intense mouthful that combines Mourvedre with Carignan and Grenache.
This is a brilliant choice for a barbeque - or a rich beef stew. Or try it with grilled aubergines.
