We’ve been buying the white and pink from Domaine of the Bee for a while now, and when Justin offered us a juicy red from his 80-year-old Carignan vines, we jumped at the chance. There was only a tiny amount available, and we've snapped it up.
Tasting Notes
A vibrant fine red wine with raspberry and Southern French herbs on the nose. On the palate it has ultra-soft silky tannins and a crunchy forest fruit flavour. Slips down a treat.
A great contender for an aromatic ratatouille or chicken casserole given its supple ripeness. Equally, it would over-deliver as your go-to red of choice for barbeques.
