Description

We’d had an eye on James Kinglake’s amazing organic Chardonnays for a while, and we were thrilled when we were able to add this to our stable. We have more again this year, and it’s another brilliant vintage, once again blending some of his rarer longer-aged barrels with his elegant yet fresher wine, to create the perfect balance.

Tasting Notes

A bright and taut, energetic style of Chardonnay, which rachets up the crystalline purity of the Limoux mountainside fruit, and adds just enough super-subtle oak. Delicious.

Exceptional with shellfish and prawns (James is rather fond of his oysters), this will also accompany Sunday's roast chicken with gusto.
