Tasting Notes
Pinot can be quite a shy grape, but this one has bags of vibrant cherry and mulberry fruit on the nose. The palate is silky smooth with hints of allspice and coffee from time spent maturing in oak barrels.
This would be a great match with duck breast, or smoked meats, as well as going beautifully with an earthy, mushroom risotto.
