Description
We love the juicy, peppery reds made from Austria’s Blaufränkisch and Zweigelt grapes, and think Tom Straka’s wines are some of the best we’ve tasted. He and his family farm 15 hectares of vines meticulously using exclusively organic methods in Burgenland, near the Hungarian border.
Tasting Notes

Straka makes very bright and tangy wines. This is packed with red cherries, alongside a delicious smoky bacon character that really appeals to us. It's very moreish!
'Glugable' on its own, but equally well matched with pulled pork or roasted duck.
