Description
We’ve been buying the white and pink from Domaine of the Bee for a while now, and when Justin offered us a juicy red from the Roussillon's old Grenache and Carignan vines, we jumped at the chance.
Tasting Notes
A vibrant fine red wine with raspberry and Southern French herbs on the nose. This is the kind of red that works very well lightly chilled, and there is a kind of cranberry freshness and juicy succulence that makes for a highly satisfying glassful.
A great contender for an aromatic ratatouille or chicken casserole given its supple ripeness. Equally, it would over-deliver as your go-to red of choice for barbeques.
