Final Steps

The moment we've been waiting for - our wines are here. Naturally, the first thing we had to do was head straight for a tasting and we are happy to report that they are very much as good as we remembered. The final part of the process is underway as the bags are being filled and boxes packed.
A Sneak Peak
Austria is one of the most exciting wine-making countries at the moment - young winemakers, organic producers and lip-smacking wines.
The BIB Wine Company - Christophe Hoch - Winzerhof Hoch - Gruner Veltliner Bag-in-Box

Organic producer Hoch's Grüner Veltliner is a perfect expression of what Austria does best. At their small, family winery, Christoph and Harald Hoch have crafted a wine with a fresh 'green' aroma, like a snapped pea-pod or a whiff of green capsicum, and a palate that is rich and full flavoured, with hints of apple and white pepper. We're thrilled that this wine will be part of our line up.
